I can dig in more but I may be overthinking your question. that comes with a survival game make me say nah I'm alright. The markings of a good fighting game imo.Īnd even if you disagree (I mean For Honor is dead game technically so.), I'd still argue that dealing with the laggy connections, the "I played for 300 hours straight while you slept, ate food, and worked," etc. You want the unpredictability and variability of a human. For Honor's combat, conversely, is so good that it becomes boring against predictable enemies. It's what I would define as fun against predictable enemies. V Rising has good combat, I'll give it that. But it was a battle of attrition, and they wore me down. I enjoyed the struggle of dealing with survival mechanics while also fighting others in my childhood playing better games on Warcraft 3, but I still scratched the itch in the transition to true survival games in Rust and ARK. If you mean outside of fighting games but still relatively general, I honestly can't tell you without waffling for a while. In terms of the sphere of games? I'm addicted to For Honor but I also enjoyed MK11 when I played it. ![]() /r/GamePhysics - Clips of game physics shining and glitchingĭesign based on /r/FlatBlue created by /u/creesch./r/gaming4gamers - middle ground between purely-for-fun and more serious subreddits./r/GamingLeaksAndRumours - Leaks and Rumors.Posting unmarked spoilers will result in removal and warning, and posting spoilers with malicious intent will result in a ban.
